Xiaomi, the Chinese tech giant, has rolled 3 new devices this week at an event in its home ground. The three gadgets comprise Mi Gaming Laptop, Mi Mix 2S, and Mi AI Speaker mini. Let us have a look:
Mi Gaming Laptop
The device has a modest design with no branding at the top. The keyboard of the new Mi laptop supports anti-ghosting with 30-key rollover and 16 Million colors over 4 zones.
It integrates 5 programmable keys that are used for quick access and situated on the left side. It has a 12V cooling fan, big heat pipes, and 4 fan outlets for effectual dissipation of heat.
The device is fueled by Intel 7700HQ Core i7 processor. It has 8 GB of RAM, and a 1 TB HDD along with a 128 GB SSD and has a price tag of CNY 5,999.
Mi Mix 2S
The Mi Mix 2S has a ceramic curved 4-sided design in an aluminum structure. The Mi Mix 2S does not sport a notch similar to an iPhone X but has a larger chin to keep hold of the front camera, similar to Mi Mix 2.
One of the major highlights of the handset is its setup of dual rear cameras that has flagship sensor of Sony IMX363 with 1.4μm pixels. It has a 12 MP + 12 MP dual camera module of which one is a 12 MP telephoto lens and other is a wide angle lens.
Fueled by the newest Snapdragon 845 processor by Qualcomm, this handset also has support for Artificial Intelligence. It also comprises an in-built AI voice assistant wrapping 6 segments with almost endless voice commands, as per Xiaomi.
Mi AI Speaker mini
Finally, the firm also rolled out Mi AI Speaker, which is a small edition of the home assistant rolled out in 2017. It will be obtainable beginning in April 3 with a price of RMB 169.
